Pod 90 Living Room
Our Pods are designed to utilise every square metre of available floor space, with particular emphasis on furniture placement. Modern fixtures and fittings are included to make the Pod an enjoyable and happy place.
Our Pods are made locally, and support the use of Australian goods and materials.
We have an affiliation with four major material suppliers, who can maintain a consistent supply.
(We also hold our own stocks in the unlikely event that there is a supply problem.)
Our Tradesmen are fully qualified and highly experienced with a strong work ethic.
Our Pods are generally constructed in our workshop in Vasse, but can be built on your site if conditions allow. Construction time is within 16-20 weeks if built on your site,
and only 10-12 weeks if built in our Workshop.
We use purpose-made prefabricated materials cut and delivered to exacting sizes, so there is minimal waste.
All Oakley Pods fully comply with all Australian Standards and Building Codes.
We comply with the Energy Efficiency requirements and all other regulatory statutes within the current Building Code of Australia.
Our Pods provide a Bush Fire rating of BAL29.

At hand-over, you will be given a "Certificate of Compliance" with the Australian Building Code, signed and certified by Bob Fisher, Registered Builder BC106047 and BP4647.
